Restaurant-Pizzeria-Kastell in Sulz am Neckar

Absolute recommendation - do not be put off by the location in the industrial park. Tested as a takeaway in Corona times: Tomahawk steak from the Hällischen Landschwein with croquettes, autumn pizza (with shaved horse ham), mixed salad and french fries / nuggets. After 10 minutes on the way home everything was still warm enough to quite hot - and exceeded all expectations, including the potato salad in the salad mix. Taste, quantity and prices are absolutely fine. Anecdotes on the side: In the opinion of the restaurant, the steak was a bit small, so there were two. We will be back!

Super great and tasty dishes ... not just a pizzeria ...

The food was tasty and plentiful. We called briefly and reserved, received a super friendly welcome with dog and baby and got a table with enough space for everyone, including water for our four-legged friend.

Friendly and courteous service and excellent cuisine with selected dishes: We decided today for the Rumpsteak Surf and Turf as well as the Swabian feast in the Kastell restaurant and were not disappointed. The meat was of the best quality, perfectly prepared and very nicely presented. The dessert (Tiramisu / Panna Cotta / Waldbeereis) - unfortunately without a picture - left nothing to be desired. The waiting time was short, the staff friendly, competent and attentive. We would love to come back.

Nice cozy restaurant to eat well. Especially the outside terrace and the pond are great to sit outside in summer. There is a varied menu that is complemented by seasonal dishes. The pizza from the wood oven is very good. There is also a salad buffet where you can put together your side salad yourself.

The pizza is a real experience. It does not look like the standard pizza from doner kebab around the corner, but attracts attention. It also tastes great! The preparation of the food was also quite fast. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly. This restaurant is clearly to be recommended!

Unfortunately, the reservation was given in advance no information that there is no pizza on Mother's Day in the pizzeria. We wanted to have a delicious pizza for lunch, but there was only a very small reduced menu with hardly any Italian food. The food was good, no question. But you should point out with reservations. Logically, one goes above all to an Italian restaurant / pizzeria to also eat Italian. So we were a bit disappointed.

Food was good. Unfortunately, the noodles swam in a bit too much oil .... And unfortunately not all people at the table got the food at the same time. ... 5 min. Delay. .. The salad buffet was varied but not overly inviting. .. did not try it. ... Pizza was, good ... service, very good and reasonably priced. ...

Really delicious Italian dishes, especially the pizza tastes very good, the waitresses are nice and the toilets are clean.
